Mr. Cutrer serves as Executive Vice President for the Company and as Executive Vice President and Director of Human Resources of Red River Bank. He has been with our organization since 2001. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Cutrer was Director of Human Resources at Bunkie General Hospital. Mr. Cutrer has a B.S. in Management and Marketing from Louisiana College, and an M.B.A. from Louisiana Tech University.
